Description
Responsible for coordination and progress of training and qualification in the shift in Fractionation B5.
* Will prioritize training and qualification progress based on the assigned self directed work team within the shift.

*)Creates and assigns training modules and curriculum to operators within the assigned shift.
* Schedules and coordinates training sessions.
* Distributes training related communications (memos, schedules, descriptions, etc.

* Assembles course materials and maintain training and qualification progress within the shift.
* Tracks participation, evaluations and reports out those results.
* Responsible for the progress of training and qualifications of manufacturing personnel on the shift.
* Performs audit checks throughout the shift.
* Participates in various audit inspections as auditors, runners, scribes or escorts.
* Participates or leads in lean improvement activities involving safety, compliance, yield and production.
* Leads training effectiveness improvement projects.
* Leads the coordination and completion of department annual training.
* Provides general facility tours.
* Provides leadership guidance to manufacturing technicians.
* Reviews and audits procedures to ensure compliance to the facility SOPs and Quality Manual.
* Reviews revised documents (DCRs) and provides feedback on the contents as well as recommendation of training and qualification requirements.
* Performs investigation to exception or out of specifications as requested.
* Reviews and revises training modules and curriculum as necessary based on current practices or applicable organization changes.

* High School diploma with a minimum 4 years manufacturing experience Physical Demands (If not applicable then edit or remove) In general, the position requires a combination of sedentary work and walking around observing conditions in the facility.
* Working Environment (If not applicable then edit or remove) Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning.
* Will be required to follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
* No make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish or artificial fingernails may be worn in the work environment.
* Will work in a cold, wet environment and climb up and into large processing tanks for cleaning.
* Will be working in a loud area that requires hearing protection and other protective equipment to be worn.
* Will work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and celite that may require respiratory protection.
* May be required to work or be assigned to a different shift as needed.
* Must be able to work overtime as required.
* Must be able to change shifts (temporarily or permanently) as necessary.
* May be required to work in a confined area.
