Description
Will work closely with Group Marketing Manager and leadership team to provide Hemophilia Global Marketing group with strategic analytical support.
* Major responsibilities include: 1 analyzing key franchise data sources and metrics to drive strategic decision making;2 continuing to develop and enhance reporting processes for key customers including senior management;3 developing market forecasts and driving commercial analyses for R&D investment prioritization process; 4 working with finance team and Regions to complete annual long range planning & strategic planning process5 analyzing competitive financial data6 supporting hemophilia franchise business development efforts.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in economics/ finance or related discipline; alternatively business school/MBA degree.
* Two to five years work experience in analytical roles.
* Representative experiences may include investment banking, management consulting, or work as a financial analyst.
* Key skills: self-starter; ability to structure & execute problem solving with appropriate analyses; ability to work in a matrix environment across functions & across Regions; ability to work with complex spreadsheet models; strategic thinking with strong attention to detail; experience working in high intensity/ high profile environment.
* Experience with probabilistic modeling or other decision analysis is a plus.
* Experience in pharma/biotech is a plus.
