Come, shine with us!Astellas is announcing an Associate Director - HEOR position opportunity at our Deerfield, IL location.Responsible for the development of Health Economics & Outcomes Research strategies and projects that would establish the economic and humanistic value of Astellas products in a specific therapeutic area. Develops annual strategic plans and translate them into research projects that support the value proposition of the product(s). Establish Health Economics projects and manage them from the start through the completion of publication. Takes a strong and proactive role in integrating HEOR components in phase II-IV clinical trials. Establishes strong liaison between marketing and clinical research Database research: Design, implement and manages high quality studies for publication. Economic Models: able to design, develop, and evaluate various economic models that would capture the economic value of the product and its competitors. Project management: Manages efficiently all assigned projects & timely provides all key Health Economics deliverables (e.g. HE models, abstracts, and manuscripts publications). Creates and maintains the economic and PROs components of AMCP dossier (value dossier). Communicate HEOR effort to various internal and external stakeholders (marketing, clinical, scientific liaisons, KOLs). Manage in collaboration with the head of HEOR the HEOR product related budget.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:- Pharm.D. or MS in healthcare related field with 2 years fellowship in HE?,- 4-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry following fellowship or Ph.D. in HE? related fields with 4-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry.- Ability to manage multiple projects of complexity at the same time.- Demonstrated communication skills to present HEOR efforts and outcomes efficiently to various audiences within Astellas organization as well as to external stakeholders
